Who we are
The controller is the company named on the company details page.
Data we hold
Business contact details of installers (company name, business email, telephone, address, MCS certification number and technologies) taken from the public MCS installer directory, and details you give us in a quote request.
Why and legal basis
We contact trade businesses about relevant products. Our basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). For sole traders and partnerships, we only send marketing emails where the PECR rules allow it, and every email has a working unsubscribe link.

Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or object to marketing at any time, and you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). To stop emails use the unsubscribe page.
Retention
Marketing contact data is kept until you object. Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.
