Standard pallet transport, collection, and inspection policy for UK mainland trade deliveries.
Delivery
UK mainland delivery by pallet carrier or courier, or collection from our depot by appointment. Delivery date is confirmed in writing. Please check the goods on arrival and note any damage on the delivery note.
Payment on delivery
Payment by bank transfer on the day of delivery. Our invoice is issued at dispatch.
Damaged or wrong goods
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or refund.
Returns
Unused goods in original packaging can be returned within 14 days by agreement. Return carriage is at the buyer's cost unless the goods are faulty. Special orders are not returnable.
